Clarification on Rule Book changes
In reference to our AGM agenda item L:
As per section 24.1(b) of the Yued rule book, any changes to the rule book requires the Corporation to seek advice from the Noongar Boodja Trustee to confirm whether the proposed changes will affect the Corporation’s eligibility to remain as a Regional Corporation.
This notification to members is to meet our obligations under section 24.1(b):
Excerpt from the Yued Aboriginal Corporation Rule Book 2022
“Yued Aboriginal Corporation’s proposal to amend its rule book as set out below, will not impact the corporation’s ability to be a Regional Corporation and beneficiary of the Noongar Boodja Trust.”
