The Yued Aboriginal Corporation Rule Book has been amended.
With the time and effort of our directors, members and staff and gratitude to the collaborative approach of the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC) we are pleased to report approved amendments to the Yued Aboriginal Corporation Rule Book.
Our strategic plan commits us to reviewing the Rule Book each year. At the Registrar’s initiative, this year we reviewed Rule 8, regarding Directors.
Importantly, the changes are largely (with a couple of tweaks) those that have been approved by members at a general meeting earlier this year.
