Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited for the Yued Aboriginal Corporation Emerging Leadership Program.
About the Program
Good governance is the foundation of a successful organisation, and it is essential that we empower our members to sustain these strong principles within Yued AC. We recognise that securing a board position can be challenging for those without prior board experience. It is for this reason that Yued AC has established the Emerging Leadership Program, providing members with an opportunity to develop governance knowledge and gain the experience needed to take on future leadership roles.
The Emerging Leadership Program has been established to provide participants with the opportunity to develop practical leadership, governance and business management skills, while gaining valuable insight into the executive operations of an Aboriginal corporation. The program aims to equip and prepare emerging leaders with knowledge, skills and experience to contribute to the future growth, strength and success of YAC.
What the Program Offers
Members selected to participate in this program in accordance with rule 12.1(b) will be:
supported and mentored by the Board;

and given the opportunity to contribute to Board decision making processes.
